National Institute of Arts

NIA integrates all forms of visual and performing arts including gymnastics and circus arts. NIA engages in preparing its students for todays global challeges in the art professions as well as researching, preserving and creating the history of St. Maarten according to the principles of nationbuilding. NIA conducts in-school and afternoon-school arts programs and is extremely proud of the latest addition of a 72 piece Youth Orchestra, a community band and an interlude program for the senior citizen, alzheimers and dementia population.
