Assisting families with children with special and atypical needs. The Emma Foundation’s main objective is to provide support and various types of assistance to vulnerable children and children with special needs and their families through projects, programs and activities. We also aim to organize informative workshops, conferences, other types of events that shed light on atypical issues that families with children face on St. Maarten.
