The Foundation Catholic Education St. Maarten is the largest subsidized School Board on St. Maarten, providing quality education to almost 2000 students and employing 200 persons. The education provided ranges from the Early Stimulation Programme to the International Baccalaureate Programme (ages 3 -19), spread out over 7 Catholic schools, of which some have Dutch as the language of instruction and some have English as the language of instruction.
