Music education, workshops and entertainment with the emphasis on Steel Pan and its cultural preservation. In 2004 Dow’s Musical Foundation was founded by Sir Isidore York aka Mighty Dow with the main objective, to educate, preserve and promote the art form of steel pan music on St. Maarten. Including the education of various, different instruments with the emphasis on Steel Pan.
