The Policy Playbook – Creating effective policies and procedures for your non-profit

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

This workshop is designed to help non-profit leaders and managers understand the importance of creating clear and effective policies and procedures for governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Participants will learn about the importance of policy making, the types of policies that exist in the non-profit sector as well as how to create, implement, and maintain essential policies and procedures tailored to their organizations' needs.
