DESCRIPTION

This workshop introduces participants to the Project Dashboard, a practical tool designed to help cultural organizations plan, implement, and evaluate their projects more effectively. Instead of relying on abstract theories, the dashboard provides a clear, user-friendly structure that links project goals with activities, outputs, and long-term outcomes.

Through interactive exercises, participants will learn how to translate their project ideas into concrete plans, monitor progress using both qualitative and quantitative indicators, and adjust actions as needed.

LEARNING OUTCOMES (competencies)

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Clearly articulate the goals, objectives, and target groups of their cultural participation projects.
  2. Identify and document the resources, partnerships, and inputs needed to achieve their project’s objectives.
  3. Translate project objectives into specific activities and measurable outputs using the dashboard.
  4. Apply monitoring tools (qualitative and quantitative) to track progress and evaluate results.
  5. Use the dashboard as a communication tool to report to funders, engage stakeholders, and showcase project impact.
