This workshop will be focused on analyzing and developing strategies to address misconduct within organizations. Misconduct on a mental, physical and social level will be dissected to ensure participants understand how misconduct can impact their organizations and what they can proactively do to make their organization safer and more abundant.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify inappropriate behavior and attitudes within their organization
- Create policies and/or guidelines to ensure a safe and abundant work environment
- Promote well-being amongst members, volunteers, and employees within the organization
- Deescalate and manage conflicts
- Handle incidents with empathy and care
- Align organizational values and conflict resolutions
