Working in an NGO means juggling different perspectives, priorities, and stakeholders—all while striving toward a common goal. This workshop will help you better understand yourself and others, making teamwork smoother and communication clearer.
Insights Discovery is a practical tool that helps people understand their own communication and working style, as well as those of others. It uses four color types—Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue to describe different personality preferences, making it easier to recognize strengths and differences within a team. By learning how to adapt to different styles, teams can improve collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and work together more effectively.
