Thisworkshop introduces nonprofit leaders to the practical world of artificialintelligence. Using the 5A AI Transformation Framework™ (Assess, Align,Architect, Activate, Advance), participants will discover how AI can reduceadministrative burden, improve communication, and free up more time formission-driven work. Through live demonstrations and hands-on activities,leaders will leave with a clear picture of where their organisation standstoday and a personalised action plan for moving forward with confidence.

Atthe end of this session, participants will be able to:
● Identify at least 5 AI tools relevant totheir nonprofit’s daily operations
● Complete an AI Readiness Assessment andcreate a personalised AI action plan
LEVEL OF THEWORKSHOP AND TARGET GROUP
Thisworkshop is designed for nonprofit executives, directors, and senior managerswho are curious about AI but unsure where to start. No prior technicalknowledge is required. It is suitable for leaders at all levels who want tounderstand how AI can serve their mission and support their team.

● Participants are encouraged to bring alaptop or tablet. A smartphone with internet access is the minimum requirement.All materials and resource handouts will be provided on the day.
SESSION 2
Workshop Title:AI for Grant Writing | Target Group: Nonprofit fundraising andprogramme staff | Duration: 2 hours
WORKSHOPDESCRIPTION
Thisworkshop equips nonprofit leaders with the skills to use AI as a powerful grantwriting partner. Participants will work through real grant writing scenarios,using AI tools to research funders, develop compelling narratives, andstrengthen proposals. Every exercise uses live AI tools, so participants leavewith actual draft content they can refine and submit — not just theory.

Atthe end of this session, participants will be able to:
● Use AI to research funding opportunitiesand develop tailored grant narratives
● Produce an AI-assisted grant proposalsection ready for review and submission
LEVEL OF THEWORKSHOP AND TARGET GROUP
Thisworkshop is designed for nonprofit staff and leaders involved in fundraising,grant writing, or programme development. Participants should have basiccomputer literacy. No prior AI experience is necessary — all tools will bedemonstrated and practised live.

SESSION 3
Workshop Title:AI for Nonprofit Budgeting | Target Group: Nonprofit executives andfinance officers | Duration: 2 hours
WORKSHOPDESCRIPTION
Thisworkshop shows nonprofit leaders how AI can transform their approach tofinancial planning and budget management. Participants will use AI tools toanalyse budgets, build grant budget justifications, and create clear financialnarratives for funders and boards. Through live exercises, leaders willdiscover how AI helps them find efficiencies, forecast with greater accuracy,and communicate financial information with confidence.

Atthe end of this session, participants will be able to:
● Use AI to analyse organisational budgetsand identify cost efficiencies
● Build a grant budget justification andfinancial narrative using AI tools

Thisworkshop is designed for nonprofit executives, finance officers, and programmemanagers who oversee budgets or prepare financial reports for funders. Basicfamiliarity with spreadsheets is helpful but not required. No prior AIexperience is needed.

● Participants are encouraged to bring alaptop or tablet. Those who wish to work with their own budget data are welcometo bring a copy (with sensitive information removed).

Workshop Title:AI for Nonprofit Marketing | Target Group: Nonprofit leaders andcommunications staff | Duration: 2 hours
WORKSHOPDESCRIPTION
Thisworkshop empowers nonprofit leaders to use AI to amplify their mission andreach more donors, volunteers, and community members. Participants will createdonor appeals, social media content, newsletters, and a 30-day content calendar— all using AI tools in real time. Every participant leaves with ready-to-usemarketing assets and the confidence to maintain a consistent, compellingpresence without a large team or budget.

Atthe end of this session, participants will be able to:
● Use AI to create donor communications,social media content, and newsletters efficiently
● Build a personalised 30-day AI-poweredcontent calendar for their organisation

Thisworkshop is designed for nonprofit leaders, communications staff, andfundraising teams who want to improve their organisation’s visibility andcommunity engagement. No prior marketing or AI experience is required.
